Please do not submit bank details, government identity documents, or other sensitive information with your initial application.

How we use your information

We use your information to review your suitability for the advertised role, contact you about your application, arrange interviews, and complete the hiring process.

We do not use recruitment information for unrelated marketing or sell applicants’ personal information.

Who can access your information

Access is limited to people involved in reviewing applications and making hiring decisions. Service providers used to receive, store, or communicate about applications may process information as necessary to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep your information

We retain application information while the relevant hiring process is active.

Once hiring for the relevant role is complete, we promptly delete unsuccessful applicants’ information from recruitment records under our control, including downloaded applications, spreadsheets, CVs, portfolios, and recruitment emails. We do not retain these applications for future vacancies.

If a specific legal obligation requires us to retain particular information, we retain only what is necessary for the required period and restrict its use.

For successful applicants, information needed for employment is transferred to employment records and handled under the applicable employment privacy arrangements.

Deletion from our records does not control information independently retained by Meta or other platforms under their own policies.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access to or correction of your application information, withdraw your application, or request deletion of your information.

If you withdraw your application or request deletion while recruitment is ongoing, we may be unable to continue considering your application. We will handle requests subject to applicable legal requirements.

Protecting your information

We take reasonable measures to protect application information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure and limit access to those who need it for recruitment.
